Two papers for the auditor: the asset dossier and the maintenance report

An auditor does not read your screen; they ask for a paper. In goiso there are two.

The asset dossier

From the asset page → «Asset dossier (PDF)». It carries:

  • Identity: serial number, category, location, criticality, status, and what it is installed under.
  • Lifecycle: purchase and its cost, warranty until, useful life, and the current age computed.
  • Maintenance summary: last preventive, last corrective, next preventive.
  • Work history with each job's kind, fault reports with measured response time, and the corrective actions born from failure on this part.

The maintenance report

From the assets list → «Maintenance report (PDF)», for a period you choose (last 30/90/365 days, or month/quarter/year to date). It carries the twelve measures — schedule compliance, repair hours, requests received and open, mean response, breached deadlines, the share of assets under fault, and those past their useful life — then the period's breached requests and its work by kind.

One number, not two

Every figure in the report is read from the same measure registry the KPI board reads — never computed in the template. The worst thing an auditor can hold is a paper that says something other than the screen in front of them.

For the same reason «no data» is not zero: a measure without data prints as such, because zero is a verdict («no failures») and absence is not.

What we do not measure — written on the paper

The maintenance report carries an explicit disclosure line: no availability figure here, because downtime is not recorded in the platform today; its declared stand-in is the share of assets under fault. An auditor who reads the limit on the paper trusts what is above it.
