Your full data export — request it whenever you need it
Your data in goiso is yours, and this page puts it in your hands any time — a backup to keep, data to analyze off-platform, or for any purpose you see fit — in one complete archive.
Where to find it
Click your account picture at the top corner of the screen, then choose "My Data". The page opens where you request and download your copy. (It appears for the organization owner only.)
What comes out
Everything your facility created: compliance, inspections, incidents, risks, permits, assets, people, training, safety, energy, committees… and every file you uploaded.
With files, or without
When you request it you choose "Include uploaded files":
- On (the default): a complete copy — records and files. Heavier and slower.
- Off: "records only" — all your data without the attachments. Much faster when you don't need the files.
The records are complete either way.
Preparation runs in the background
Don't wait at the screen: the archive builds in the background and a notification reaches you when it's ready. The card shows its status (preparing / ready) and updates on its own.
Once a day, and downloading is always free
Once a copy is ready it stays downloadable for fourteen days, and you can download it any time. Requesting a new copy is available once every twenty-four hours, and a new copy replaces the previous one so copies never pile up.
What's inside the archive
data/— the canonical machine layer: one file per record type, raw re-importable values.sheets/— the readable layer: Excel workbooks per domain, open directly.evidence/— your uploaded files as-is, with an index describing each one.manifest.jsonandREADME— describe the contents, with a coverage report stating plainly what was included and what was skipped — nothing is swallowed.CHECKSUMS— a fingerprint per file to verify integrity.
