How to make an audit clause compliant (green)

1 minCompliance managerHSE officer

A clause turns green once it carries evidence sufficient to prove its compliance. The clause card is where all of this work happens.

Steps

  1. From the standard's page, click the clause to open its card.
  2. Read the clause text and the hint: what exactly is the auditor asking for here?
  3. Attach evidence: upload a document, photo, or record that proves implementation.
  4. If the evidence is held by a colleague, request it from them through the evidence request bridge instead of waiting.
  5. Once the evidence is sufficient, mark the clause as compliant — it turns green and your readiness rises.

When it stays amber

If the evidence is partial or expired, the clause stays amber until it's complete — and that's by design: the color doesn't lie.
