How to use the inspections board in goiso

The inspections board is the single place for all your safety rounds — from scheduling to closure.

The two views

• Board — columns representing inspection stages; drag a card from one column to the next as it progresses.
• Agenda view — a timeline view of what's scheduled and when.

Workflow steps

1. Create a new inspection and set its type and location.
2. Track it on the board; open its card to fill in checklist items and attach evidence.
3. Close the inspection once all its items are complete.

Nonconformities

Any item that fails during an inspection becomes a nonconformity that requires a corrective action — it isn't left hanging.
